No hydrolysis problem on storage of the shoes for long time.

No pre heating

No pre heating of the chemical before use, hence reduce electricity cost.

Lightness

Molded densities lower than 380 kg/m³ can be achieved. Such densities are suitable for production of sandals, slippers, safety shoes and footbed.

Toughness

Our PU system provide load bearing capabilities which avoid problems associated with compression/load deflection during wear.

Comfort

The combination of lightness and load bearing provides excellent wear properties.
